Let's leave the city, without leaving the city.

First, what is s Forest Bath?

Forest baths are walks that support well-being through sensory immersion
in forests and other naturally healing environments.

It's an hour tour WITHOUT any stops with uneven ground, hills, roots, logs, gravel, dirt, sand, grass, limited mud Thanks to Fred (he laid down the wood chips)

Depending on who decides to join us, this tour is more like 2+ hours depending on how many times we stop and that's just BEACHY!!!

By the way, did you know the Thames River flood left a beach?

Because of that, we were able to leave this message.

The spring flowers are blooming and growing every moment.

It's a trip for the senses with frogs, birds, bees, leaves crushing beneath, water & most recent ...

Everyday the forest is working together and so is our community!

The paths are built & manicured by our neighbourhood Lorax's.

It's truly our special space and essential for our wellbeing.

Along life and this tour, we get to choose our path even though they both lead to the same destination.

We choose less traveled. Free Parking & No admission.

You never know what you might see along this path.

Bring a pack with water, snacks or anything else you'd like.

It's a real hike :) Lots to see if we ASK for it!

Positive Vibes ONLY

We respectfully request no phone calls or texting.
