Hey conscious consumers :) 

Hope your summer has been swell. For some reason, summer doesn't bring out the blogger or story teller in me. I really need to make it more of an all year thing not just seasonal. I'll improve. 

Lately, gardening with daily forest therapy & earthing is needed to relax and try to focus on this, that & the other. But for now, Enjoy our August harvest!

Planted a few potatoes that were started to sprout in our home. Planted and a few months later .... TADA! It's all about the simple joys in life. Slow down & enjoy the ride. 

Plant seeds of happiness, hope, success, and love; it will all come back to you in abundance. This is the law of nature.
